Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A healthcare network in Oregon is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their primary care team in Portland. About the Opportunity: Schedule: 32 hours providing clinical care in office Setting: 100% outpatient Patient population: all ages or adults only, depending on the clinic Responsibilities: Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Performing in-office procedures, as needed Qualifications: The completion an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience NP or PA licensure in the state of Oregon Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail
