The Value of Working with Us Full-time, 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday; 7am to 3pm, with opportunities for overtime Minimum of 2 years of experience required, as this role will work independently Supportive and collegial work culture Annual Quality Bonus Incentives Eligibility for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation ranges from $318,272 to $388,412 The stated salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation. In addition, a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package are provided by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and may vary based on various factors. The successful candidate’s placement on the salary range will be determined based on their relevant experience and other applicable factors. This amount represents the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
