Job Title: Assembly Associate - Warehouse & AssemblyJob Description: Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Associate, where you'll play a vital role in the production process by accurately kitting, assembling, and packaging products. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components and products according to work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Verify the accuracy of parts and quantities, conducting basic quality checks throughout the assembly process. Label finished assemblies and ensure all work is recorded in Business Central. Report any material shortages or discrepancies to the Assembly Lead promptly. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, upholding 5S standards. Support warehouse operations during peak periods as needed. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Comfort with using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. A reliable, safety-focused mindset is essential.
