Join Our Innovative Team as a Senior Product Manager - AI Solutions for Analytics! We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of AI applications tailored for analytics. In this essential role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, curriculum developers, and production teams to craft outstanding educational content, such as webinars, workshops, self-directed training modules, and live Q&A sessions, specifically for users of Oracle Analytics solutions. Your audience will range from end-users to professional analysts and implementers. As a subject matter expert (SME) with strong technical skills, your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy of training materials and video content, conducting engaging demonstrations, and facilitating insightful Q&A sessions. You will empower customers to master Oracle's AI platform and its capabilities in data processing, analytical modeling, and data visualization. Familiarity with these key areas is essential: Data Lakehouse platforms: Databricks, Apache Delta Lake / Iceberg, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, etc. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. Agent Frameworks/Orchestration: LangChain Agents, OpenAI Function Calling, etc. Generative AI platforms: OpenAI Playground, Google AI Studio, IBM Watson Studio, etc. LLMs and Multimodal AI design/evaluation: MLflow, Arize AI, etc. ASR and NLP solutions: OpenAI Whisper, IBM Watson Speech to Text, etc. Prompt Engineering platforms: PromptLayer, LangSmith, etc. Comparison of major AI providers: Oracle AI, AWS AI, Azure AI, etc. Real-world AI applications: natural language data query, chatbots, predictive analytics, video transcription, recommendation systems, etc. Your expertise will enhance user competency and lead to high-quality implementations. By delivering engaging and professional content, you will significantly boost customer adoption and satisfaction. Success in this role requires a strong empathy for our audience, a clear understanding of their needs, and a commitment to creating relevant scenarios that respect their time. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert on AI tools and services within Oracle Analytics, ensuring clear communication and demonstrations of features to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, showcasing strong project management and communication skills. Create practical use cases that demonstrate the value of agentic AI for our customers. Guide technical SME evaluations and assist instructional design in prioritizing content needs; serve as the go-to technical reviewer for videos and training materials. Deliver technical training sessions both in-person and via webinars; confidently manage live Q&A interactions. Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide constructive feedback, liaising with technical stakeholders for external content review. Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback regarding AI features and educational resources to refine training materials. Manage multiple stakeholder interactions and ensure clear communication through regular meetings, reports, and updates. Understand and apply RACI principles effectively in project management. Communicate the needs of enablement projects to internal stakeholders, including product owners and engineering teams. Important Note: Some customer-facing roles may require compliance with health mandates, including immunization. Salary and Benefits: The hiring range for this role is $82,500 to $199,500 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
