In the Connected Supply Chain division at PwC, you will work to optimize supply chain operations, enhancing visibility and collaboration across the entire chain. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to assess their supply chain processes, pinpointing opportunities for improvement, and creating strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, minimizing costs, and increasing responsiveness. You will leverage technology and data analytics to build a connected, agile supply chain network. As a leader, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results, coach team members to leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to meet client expectations. Your growing understanding of business dynamics will be essential in identifying opportunities that contribute to our firm's success. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Certification(s) Preferred: APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, ISC CPSD Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Designing and implementing Kinaxis technology to achieve measurable results. Understanding demand planning, forecast development, and their impact on inventory and costs. Presenting complex analytics in clear terms regarding supply chain performance. Quantitative analysis, critical thinking, and managing details in context of supply chain performance. Additionally, demonstrate proven success as a team leader: Knowledge of Kinaxis planning and control tower tools. Understanding components of demand planning processes. Experience in planning demand and supply for various sectors. Managing inventory to optimize cost and maintain service performance. Aligning supply plans with corporate objectives. Insight into S&OP processes and associated KPIs. Assessing and improving supply planning processes. Implementing supply chain network, material, and capacity planning optimization. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location. All hires are eligible for a discretionary bonus.
