Exciting Opportunity for Overnight Pharmacist/Staff PharmacistJob Description- Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacist, responsible for the safe and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to our diverse patient population.- Collaborate with Physicians on drug selection and dosing, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.- Educate nursing staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals on medication safety and best practices.- Lead medication safety initiatives and manage patient profiles to enhance care quality.- Mix IV admixtures and nutritional supplements with precision and care.- Ensure narcotic accountability while adhering to all state, federal, and DEA regulations.- Work independently in a fast-paced inpatient acute environment with 44 beds and an emergency department.Shift Details- Work a 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off schedule from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with no on-call responsibilities.Requirements- Active AZ Pharmacist License, ACLS, and BLS certification.- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacist staffing experience.- Sterile compounding experience is essential.- Board Certified and/or accredited pharmacy residency is preferred but not required.Skills & Experience- Strong operational and people management skills that lead to high patient satisfaction.- A results-oriented approach with a proven success in collaborative efforts to meet key goals.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.Work Environment- Clean, smoke-free, well-lit healthcare setting.- Exposure to a considerable amount of video display and keyboard use; may involve irregular hours and frequent interruptions.- Encounter various clinical situations and be ready to perform emergency care as needed.Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
