In this critical role, you will ensure that our products are manufactured, stored, and delivered to perfection, all while upholding our standards of quality, profitability, and growth. You will take charge of cultivating robust relationships with manufacturers, supervising production planning and scheduling, and leading the integration of new manufacturing partners. Your responsibilities will also encompass implementing strategies for supplier redundancy and risk mitigation, managing cost of goods sold (COGS), exploring cost-reduction initiatives, and optimizing inventory management, warehousing, and shipping processes. We are seeking someone with 7-12+ years of hands-on experience in supplements or functional consumer packaged goods (CPG), boasting a solid record in supply chain management for a growing brand. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary operational skills, astute commercial judgment, and in-depth knowledge of contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers. A strong grasp of managing minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times is essential. This role requires expertise in cost control, inventory analytics, and fulfillment economics, along with the capacity to establish structure while fostering growth.
