Your Key Responsibilities: Serve as a role model, coaching your team to deliver brand standards. Recruit, onboard, and mentor top team members to ensure a well-prepared staff. Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and develop strategies to maximize profitability without compromising customer satisfaction. Schedule staff strategically to optimize service and lead product rollout meetings for successful implementation. Foster a winning culture, solve problems effectively, and motivate your team. Are You the One We’re Looking For? Ideal candidates should possess: At least two years of restaurant or retail management experience. A High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years of age. A commitment to excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed. A dynamic and self-motivated leadership style. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities. Able to read and interpret operational documents and procedure manuals. Basic business math and accounting skills along with computer literacy. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms. Ability to enhance restaurant performance using P&L analysis. Skill in recruiting and training with a proven track record in team development.
