Position Overview: This role focuses on providing exceptional onsite care to working athletes and involves job function analysis, body movement education, and compliance with OSHA First Aid standards. You will play a vital role in Briotix Health’s Industrial Sports Medicine Service line, fostering strong relationships with our clients while promoting injury prevention and ergonomic solutions. Create and foster positive relationships with client contacts. Engage with client employees to promote health and wellness. Educate individuals and groups on injury and illness prevention strategies. Offer on-site care and management for work and non-work-related discomforts. Stay knowledgeable about OSHA Health and Safety practices and ensure compliance with established standards. Implement all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program effectively. Depending on client needs, conduct Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work Services, Ergonomic Assessments, or Clinical Solutions. Provide detailed and timely reports for all services rendered. Maintain accurate documentation using Briotix Health's designated systems. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards for each worksite. Adhere to all company policies and government regulations. Other responsibilities as required. Valid certifications and state licenses in good standing in all states where services are provided. Current CPR Certification (CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, BLS Healthcare Provider, etc.). Knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Preferred Ergonomic Certification or training. 1-2 years experience in industrial ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, or job task analysis is preferred but not required. Must be able to meet physical demands of on-site work, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and being active throughout the shift. Reasonable accommodations will be considered.
