In this role, you will: Assemble various products available at our store, including grills, furniture, lawn and farm equipment. Help set up merchandise displays and assist in different departments as necessary. Maintain a safe and clean workspace while assisting customers and colleagues. Utilize general office equipment and operate retail machinery as needed. Be open to cross-training for other tasks within the store. Essential Qualities for Success Strong mechanical abilities with relevant experience. A quick learner who can follow assembly instructions precisely. Able to interact effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Comfortable using in-store technology, including computers and scanning systems. Physical Requirements Good visual acuity and the ability to repetitively lift and handle up to 30 pounds. Effective communication skills for various audiences. Ability to use ladders and pallet jacks safely. Capability to stand or walk for long periods and navigate stairs frequently.
