What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong understanding of inspection techniques and quality standards Experience with precision metal inspections Proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Attention to detail and keen eyesight Ability to use inspection tools and measurement devices accurately Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Knowledge of ISO or ASQ standards Familiarity with inspection software or electronic record keeping Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training is a plus) Prior experience in quality assurance or inspection roles, ideally in manufacturing settings Other Requirements: Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that demands precision Must be able to effectively utilize inspection tools and measurement devices Elevate your career by joining a team that values quality and precision.
