Job Description Become a pivotal force in our team as a Senior Principal Sales Consultant, where your expertise in presales technical and functional support will enhance our potential clients' experiences. In this influential role, you will serve as a key technical resource and mentor for junior Sales Consultants, tackling complex sales opportunities with innovative and tailored solutions. Your leadership will not only drive the technical sales process but also contribute to the development of productivity tools, training for team members, and dynamic Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Responsibilities Leverage Oracle's Implementation Methodology to ensure successful client engagements. Facilitate business process workshops to guide clients in adopting Oracle Fusion solutions. Lead requirements gathering sessions, helping clients define their processes and needs. Collaborate with Account Management and related teams to craft robust customer account strategies. Build strong relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring a seamless engagement experience. Enhance Oracle's partnership with clients through networking across teams and departments. Provide executives with regular updates on account progress, aligning efforts with clients' business objectives. Conduct business reviews and success planning sessions with senior executives and stakeholders. Oversee cross-pillar activities, guaranteeing successful implementations such as upgrades and new releases. Engage closely with Technical Account Managers to understand customers' cloud strategies. Establish trusted advisor relationships, sharing industry insights, best practices, and product roadmaps. Lead enablement initiatives for various Oracle Cloud solutions. Engage with regional product sales leaders through routine business reviews. Skills & Abilities Demonstrated project management skills with effective risk management capabilities. Provide unbiased advice on implementation strategies to partners and clients. Qualifications Preferred experience with Tier 1 Consulting or IT companies. B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or similar is an advantage. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Proven track record in systems implementation focusing on Oracle's products. Familiarity with various technical architectures and operating systems, including web-based applications and RDBMS. Experience with OCI/IaaS/PaaS/SaaS is an advantage. Project Management certification or significant global organizational experience is beneficial. Industry experience is desirable. Strong communication skills at the executive level, both verbal and written. Experience in customer-facing roles involving cloud technology and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of SaaS & PaaS services is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Ability to nurture lasting customer relationships with limited resources. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. This position offers a competitive salary range of $108,500 to $199,500 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
