Bar Operations Manager Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Bar Operations Manager to lead our bar team and create an unforgettable experience for our Guests. This role is essential in ensuring that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering top-notch service and quality beverages while driving sales and managing costs effectively. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies to boost sales and attract more Guests. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and support staff, ensuring they have the tools they need to excel. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient service. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage beverage inventory, and enforce cost control measures to minimize waste. Guest Engagement: Interact with Guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 6 months of management experience in the restaurant industry. A minimum of 2 years bar experience with a solid understanding of operations. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various responsibilities with ease. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
