Key Responsibilities: Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining cleanliness Provide leadership and supervision to staff Train staff to deliver exceptional service and follow sanitation standards Oversee daily operations including inventory checks and customer assistance Maintain a calm, professional demeanor while making decisions under pressure Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma or equivalent; further training in restaurant management is a plus At least one year of experience in the restaurant industry; prior management experience preferred Strong time management and delegation skills A professional appearance and exemplary behavior This full-time position requires a commitment of 31-40 hours per week, and a food safety manager certificate is mandatory. Flexibility in schedule is essential, and candidates must communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly valued.
