Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration Preferred Knowledge/Skills: We seek candidates who have demonstrated considerable success in professional services or corporate settings, guiding businesses in defining and assessing corporate strategies and investment portfolios driven by market and competitive factors. Ideal candidates will possess extensive leadership, strategic, and creative thinking abilities, including: Fostering collaborative relationships with team members and actively seeking and providing guidance. Leading teams to resolve global enterprise strategy challenges. Building and utilizing client relationship networks. Effectively communicating in organized and knowledgeable written and verbal forms. Conducting market research and synthesizing data into actionable insights. Additionally, we value candidates with: Experience in Payor operations, encompassing areas like Medical Management, Population Health Management, and Value-Based Contracting. Expertise in Clinical Analytics, Medical Economics, and/or Population Health Analytics. Familiarity with Population Health Management technologies and strategies. An understanding of software development processes to convert clinical and business requirements into design documents. Project management experience in healthcare product development aimed at enhancing care delivery. An awareness of global health trends and their implications for sustainable operational models. Experience advising healthcare executive leadership. Knowledge of Medicare Stars performance and strategies to enhance these metrics. The salary range for this position is between $99,000 - $232,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. An annual discretionary bonus is also part of the compensation package.
