Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial environments At least 2 years in a plumbing leadership, foreman, or management role preferred Strong understanding of service operations, job costing, and bidding accuracy Proven service-tightening experience with the ability to identify and maximize revenue opportunities Experience managing field teams and driving technician performance Hands-on experience operating backhoes and tractors Proficiency with mainline diagnostics, rooter equipment, and hydro-jetting systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle screening This company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
