Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to be a key player working with one of our mortgage clients. This role involves managing workflow, spearheading new initiatives, enhancing processes, and fostering a strong team culture. You will be responsible for monitoring workflows and queues to ensure service levels are consistently met, as well as driving improvements and streamlining business processes while setting achievable goals for your team. Essential Duties: Leverage resources effectively to monitor performance, identify patterns or trends that may cause issues, and collaboratively develop business solutions. Create innovative and efficient processes aimed at improving overall cycle times and quality. Support, recommend, and implement necessary technology initiatives. Communicate monthly results regarding departmental performance objectives to management. Act as the primary point of escalation for any functional issues. Conduct capacity and staff planning to maintain adequate service levels. Perform additional related duties as needed and assigned. Exemplify behaviors aligned with our organization's culture and core values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Mortgage industry experience is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint). Travel Requirements: This position primarily requires no travel unless mandated by the client. Physical Requirements: The role may necessitate mobility for attending in-person meetings, the capability to sit or stand for extended periods, and proficiency in utilizing telecommunication and electronic devices. Salary Range: At SolomonEdwards, we appreciate the unique experiences and backgrounds of our employees. Compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors including education, certifications, location, experience, and training. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $24 - $28.
