Reporting to a Senior Principal People Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing essential People processes, advocating for employees, and fostering a compelling company culture. You will collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement, manage performance, and plan workforce strategies that align with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, offering guidance on performance management, employee relations, career development, and workforce planning. Facilitate the resolution of employee and manager concerns, conducting internal investigations, advising on corrective actions, and supporting performance improvement processes. Collaborate with managers to enhance organizational capabilities in building high-performing teams, skills development, career navigation, and employee engagement. Assist in executing People processes, such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent development. Provide insights into People metrics and trends, identifying opportunities for improving employee experience and business results. Work with People functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Ops, L&D, etc.) to ensure the alignment of People strategies. Lead and manage People projects, including change management initiatives related to business transitions. Serve as a culture champion, embodying and reinforcing the company's values. Qualifications: 5 + years of People experience, with at least 3 + years in a People Business Partner or similar advisory role, ideally within an engineering or technical environment. Proven ability to forge relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, managers, and employees. Competence in navigating uncertainty and ambiguity. Knowledge of employment laws, People best practices, and employee relations case management. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze People data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Experience supporting global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Workday is preferred. Information Security: Information security is a shared responsibility.
