Class A Regional Truck Driver

Join Our Team as a Regional CDL-A Driver! We are looking for dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our dynamic team. Enjoy a driving role that allows you to balance your work and home life effectively. Home Time: Every other weekend for 3 full days Take the truck and trailer home: Must have parking space (no reimbursement for parking fees) Drivers will take home an empty trailer only; no freight to take home Bobtail Home: May be able to leave the trailer at the customer and bobtail home Special Holiday Schedule: Must run 25 days straight from Black Friday until late December, then take 6 days off Average Weekly Miles: 1,900-2,200 miles Run direct transit expedited freight with 40% of the runs during the night (between 9 PM and 5 AM) Must manage a flexible schedule and take proper rest periods Freight Details: 85% drop and hook with 100% no-touch freight; no lumpers or unloading required Average Length of Haul: 400 miles; additional pay for complete loads under 400 miles ($35 for 0-100 miles, $25 for 101-400 miles) Major Clients: Large retailers, major manufacturers, and major home improvement retailers Orientation Pay: $300 per driver Transition Bonuses: Includes CSA (PTO) and On Road Bonus in 1st check, with additional On Road Bonus after 30 days Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A license Ability to drive at night and adapt to changing schedules Must maintain a clean driving record Benefits We Offer: Health insurance 401k with company match Paid time off Orientation pay Bonuses for safety and performance
