As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team. What You'll Bring 1-3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbs Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred) What We Offer Work schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday Night Shift: 8:10 PM - 6:35 AM No weekends or holidays!
