Technical Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of telecommunications tasks, from site preparation to material handling and site restoration. Complex Installations: Spearhead intricate installations of hardware, software, power, and fiber optic systems. Testing and Troubleshooting: Execute advanced testing using tools like OTDR and BER testers, efficiently troubleshooting any issues that arise. Project Management: Oversee project logistics, monitor costs, and ensure deadlines are met consistently. Technical Documentation: Accurately interpret and apply installation standards and technical drawings to ensure compliance and quality. Site Coordination: Serve as Site Team Leader, collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure site activities run smoothly. Key Skills & Knowledge: Telcordia GR-1275 Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Telcordia GR-1275 standard for high-quality installations. Telecommunications Equipment: Experience working with equipment including DWDM, Cisco, Ciena, and Infinera. Power and Fiber Optics: Strong understanding of -48V power systems and fiber installation techniques. Tools and Equipment: Proficient in using hand and power tools, coupled with specialized testing equipment. Safety Protocols: A commitment to safe work practices and maintaining a safe working environment. Professional Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, emphasizing professionalism and quality in your work.
