Responsibilities Accurately fulfill customers' prescription needs. Offer patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to ensure customer satisfaction. Guarantee compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA regulations. Uphold a professional image and maintain cleanliness in the pharmacy. Develop in-depth knowledge of the local trade area, its customers, and competitors. Foster a positive pharmacy image through exceptional service and collaboration. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory management, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure proper handling and record keeping of scheduled drugs. Utilize accuracy tools effectively to ensure prescription precision. Maintain thorough record-keeping practices for legal compliance and management reporting. Keep the workspace orderly and present a sanitized, professional environment for customers. Timely manage product returns as per company policy. Ensure all pharmacy equipment is well-maintained and in good working order. Organize policy manuals, reference materials, and verify staff knowledge of their use. Ensure proper signage is displayed as required. Continuously seek to expand your pharmacy knowledge and skills. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing. Ability to manage stressful environments effectively. Basic math skills, including counting and arithmetic operations. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Desired 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
