We are currently seeking a talented Skilled Carpenter who is prepared to travel for full-time commercial construction projects across the United States. We are looking for individuals who are not only highly productive but are also committed to integrity and continuous learning. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct commercial renovations and buildouts Prepare job proposals and quotes Utilize basic computer skills for job documentation Adhere to OSHA requirements and safety regulations Maintain a presentable appearance and communicate effectively with customers to build strong professional relationships Provide detailed repair documentation, including measurements, photographs, and recommendations for additional repairs Work overtime and respond to on-call situations as required by workload and emergencies Be willing to travel and work overnight shifts when necessary JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficient knowledge and experience in the following skills: Carpentry Partition framing using metal and wood studs, and installation of cabinetry and countertops Installation of doors and windows Painting Interior and exterior painting Flooring Installation of VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base Basic knowledge of the following skills: Plumbing Replacement and installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, and drainage and water lines (licensed plumbers encouraged to apply) Electrical Replacement and installation of light fixtures, switches, and outlets; basic understanding of data connections and minor electrical troubleshooting (licensed electricians encouraged to apply) EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Experience in providing job proposals and quotes A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance Possess basic construction hand tools Completion of OSHA 10-hour training, or willingness to complete within 3 months of employment (cost covered by employer) BENEFITS OFFERED: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401-K Retirement plan with generous company match Paid vacations Opportunities for further education and training Company-paid travel and per diem
