Job Overview This position serves as the primary technical expert in managing all integrations for Workday Financials and associated matters. The Senior Financial Systems Integration Engineer will work collaboratively with stakeholders to research, design, build, maintain, and enhance integrations between Workday and other systems. We are looking for a candidate who excels in both technical and functional discussions, possesses a strong drive for solutions, and is eager to pursue continuous improvement. This role reports to the Financial Systems leadership and offers the flexibility of remote work with some travel required. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the development and maintenance of Workday integrations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, conducting detailed root cause analyses while effectively communicating with affected parties. Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities for efficient solutions. Collaborate closely with third-party resources and stay informed on new releases and feature enhancements. Promote innovation and automation through AI and other intelligent solutions. Create clear and concise documentation, including technical designs, data lifecycles, and unit testing. Ensure compliance controls meet audit and SOX requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Studio, RaaS integrations, BIRT, EIB, complex calculated fields, XSLT, etc. Strong working knowledge of APIs, enterprise application development platforms, and web services (SOAP, REST). Proficient with middleware tools such as Workato, Boomi, and Fivetran. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently alongside Finance and IT teams. Workday Pro Integrations certification is a significant plus. Outstanding attention to detail. Compensation Information We are committed to maintaining competitive and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for a total compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $93,000 and $139,000. The final offered salary will depend on various factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
