OTR CDL Driver with HAZMAT & Tanker Endorsements

Join our team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Driver! We are looking for dedicated drivers with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements to operate 53' semi-trailers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live loads and unloads Drive on highways with precision Safely back up trailers Ensure proper cargo securement Schedule: Primary: 3 weeks on the road, 1 week home time Alternative: 30 days out, 10 days home Average weekly mileage: 2,500-2,800 miles Drivers can report on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday Mandatory road test and office orientation (1.5-2 days) Freight & Equipment: We primarily haul freight weighing between 22,000 and 25,000 lbs, with a speed governed at 70 MPH. Our loads include flammable (paint), corrosive (cleaning supplies), and standard freight. We do NOT transport explosives, inhalation hazards, radioactive materials, or substances that are dangerous when wet. Requirements: Age: 23-65 HAZMAT endorsement required; experience preferred but training is provided Tanker endorsement required Must have a medical card certified by the DMV (front & back copy needed) TWIC card preferred, but not mandatory CDL scan check required No SAP program participation Compensation: Single Drivers: W2: $0.62 per mile (approximately $2,500-$2,800/week) 1099: $0.65 per mile Teams: W2: $0.31-$0.325 per mile 1099: $0.325 per mile Additional Information: Pet-friendly environments with no charge Passenger policy: $30/week for passengers over 18 (no charge for spouse/occupational insurance) Referral bonus of $1,000 for each driver hired through referral Support and training available for CORP or LLC setup if necessary Application Process: Submit your CDL (front & back) Provide your medical card Include your HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements We can't wait to have you on board with American Logistics Authority!
