The Opportunity As a Senior AI Finance Advisor, you will lead the development of innovative AI-driven finance solutions—from autonomous variance analysis to intelligent forecasting and workflow automation. Your role will merge consulting impact with product engineering, ensuring that your contributions create lasting value and foster continuous improvement. You'll engage with stakeholders to gain insights into their business models and processes, translating their needs into technical specifications. Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze and gather detailed business requirements. Partner with technical teams to design and implement effective systems architecture. Ensure alignment of technology platforms with business processes and strategic goals. Experience in creating AI applications utilizing React/Next.js and Python, integrating Machine Learning and Gen AI specifically for finance. Ability to design future-state finance processes featuring agentic capabilities. Experience developing autonomous AI agents to optimize workflows, data reconciliation, and report generation. Ability to support platform and data architecture strategies with financial data insights. Proven skills in implementing data pipelines that effectively connect finance applications and systems. Experience with prototyping and validating new capabilities using cutting-edge AI frameworks. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and finance professionals to develop client-centric solutions. Strong understanding of system configuration and technology methodologies. Proficiency in technology business architecture frameworks and requirements gathering techniques. Conduct technology cost-benefit analyses and facilitate training sessions. Maintain productive relationships with clients and deliver clear communication. To Qualify for This Role, You Must Have: A bachelor's degree and approximately three years of related experience; or a graduate degree with around two years of relevant experience. At least two years’ experience in data management focused on finance applications. Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques, Gen AI technologies, and Azure data services. A strong grasp of data management principles, including governance and quality. Knowledge in finance applications and financial modeling practices. Experience with data integration and transformation tools. Outstanding communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Ideally, You’ll Also Have: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python or React/Next.js, with proficiency in an additional language. An interest or experience with agentic AI and multi-agent systems. Web development experience utilizing React, Next.js, and REST APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS. Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Exposure to business analytics or finance through coursework or internships. Experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL databases. Work experience with financial modeling and ERP systems.
