Senior Analyst - Epic Resolute Professional Billing

Your Opportunity: As a skilled and certified Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' operations. In this role, you will collaborate with our internal team, software vendors, and client stakeholders, focusing on incident management, upgrades, development, workflow management, and comprehensive application support. Document and analyze current business workflows. Assist in designing and implementing new business workflows. Define product requirements and use cases in detail. Contribute to high-level functional specifications. Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, and other team members to establish metrics and performance goals. Ensure effective transition of requirements and use cases for clarity and understanding. Help translate requirements into test conditions and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews to evaluate the design and performance of work products against requirements. Advise on system configuration, integration, and assist with testing activities. Act as a liaison between the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to ensure alignment on data structures and workflows. Support the development and documentation of data requests and mapping. Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA, requiring both in-office presence and local travel to client sites. Qualifications: We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically in an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Analyst role. Ideal candidates will hold an Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification and possess a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Experience: Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include: At least 1 year of experience at a consulting firm. Experience with at least one full Epic implementation. Knowledge of Epic PB/PB Claims, HB/HB Claims, Charge Router, Real Time Eligibility, and revenue cycle backend applications.
