Your Role - Creating Memorable Experiences As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will be more than just a supervisor; you will be a leader who prioritizes both people and the restaurant environment. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house service to kitchen management, ensuring that our guests and team members experience the highest standards of care. With your leadership skills, you will coach and develop your team, manage inventory effectively, and uphold the exceptional guest experiences Cracker Barrel is known for. Remain composed in fast-paced environments and motivate your team during busy service. Believe teamwork is vital to hospitality, starting from strong, supportive leadership. Bring 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience, including 1 year specifically at Cracker Barrel. Be available to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as necessary. Possess a valid driver's license. We can’t wait to welcome you into our family! The base salary range for this position is $58K-$70K, and during the 7-week training period, you will be compensated hourly. This role is also eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentives.
