Monitor system performance through regular inspections and data analysis. Utilize the Logix system to optimize ammonia operations. Train and support maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Document procedures, preventive maintenance, and standard operating protocols. Participate in PSM compliance audits. Perform maintenance on plant equipment and ensure proper licensing. Troubleshoot boiler system issues and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to improve quality and yield. Assist with wastewater operations and HVAC systems as needed. Complete required documentation for work orders and compliance elements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Experience with Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems. Certification in Ammonia Refrigeration Systems - Operator Level 1. Able to wear a full face respirator mask. Willing to join the Hazmat team. Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong commitment to safety and following procedures. Ability to learn about Evaporative Condenser water chemistry. Willing to work weekends as required. Preferred Qualifications: Technical proficiency and willingness to learn SAP/PPE systems. Experience in a food processing maintenance environment. Understanding of wastewater systems. Experience with HVAC systems. Knowledge of boiler operations. Experience with compressed air systems. Ability to use calibration equipment and troubleshoot electrical controls.
