Home-based BCBAs can design their own schedules - no weekends required with Work From Home days Center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends along with Work From Home days Minimized Drive Times: Clients matched by location to maximize quality care CEU Reimbursement up to $750 annually Ongoing Training and Support including professional development and internal CEU opportunities Mentoring Program offering reduced caseloads and additional support Leadership/Growth Opportunities with training provided Referral Bonuses for bringing friends on board Tuition Discounts with partner universities Equipment Reimbursement for session-related materials Relocation Assistance for new hires relocating to our service areas Virtual Electronic Data Collection System to minimize paperwork and expedite planning Requirements: Active BCBA Certification and LABA if required by state Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle Previous ABA experience Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Job Responsibilities: As a valued BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for meaningful success. Supervise and train dedicated BTs/RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment protocols while providing guidance and support to families in managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses as needed, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring data to track progress.
