You will develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for meaningful success. Supervise and train dedicated BTs/RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment protocols while providing guidance and support to families in managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and analyses as needed, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring data to track progress.
