Your skills in problem-solving, creativity, and analytics will be crucial in helping businesses excel. You will lead projects and teams while also getting into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Our practice encompasses both the functional and process aspects of Oracle as well as technical development and architecture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to motivate teams to perform at their best. What You Will Do: Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, ensuring an effective deployment. Collaborate with client teams to gather and synthesize both functional and technical requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to configure and enhance HR processes within Oracle HCM, focusing on conversions, integrations, reports, and more. Offer expertise and guidance, converting requirements into specific configuration tasks related to programs, plans, eligibility profiles, and benefit extracts. Create comprehensive functional and technical design documentation. Lead design workshops for End-to-End Benefits Processes with business stakeholders to accurately capture business requirements and recommend robust solutions based on Oracle capabilities. Support the planning and execution of testing cycles and participate in cutover activities for go-live preparations. Organize tasks effectively and report on the progress of deliverables. Some travel may be expected for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business requirements. What You Need: A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specializing in Benefits. At least 1 complete Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years), or an Associate's Degree coupled with 6 years of experience. Bonus Qualifications: Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. Cross-functional experience with other HCM modules. Experience with Redwood Pages implementation and utilizing VBS. Client relationships built on trust, successfully delivering large-scale projects.
