A SUBWAY® Restaurant Manager leads and oversees the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring that exceptional food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are met. You will play a vital role in recruiting and training staff, all while fostering a supportive work environment. Additionally, you will manage inventory and implement money control systems, possibly creating inventory schedules. Keeping accurate business records is crucial. Providing outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role, greatly impacting your Monthly Bonus!
