Jr. Operational Intelligence Engineer Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Hybrid role $30 per hour Long-term ongoing contract with potential for conversion ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is expanding its Operational Intelligence team to accelerate the development of an agentic AI-driven Network Operations platform. This platform will continuously monitor the network, automatically detect anomalies, and leverage machine learning to diagnose root causes and generate recommended fixes-advancing the vision of intelligent, self-healing network operations. The Operational Intelligence team ingests, correlates, and analyzes real-time network telemetry, builds monitoring pipelines, investigates live network degradations, and drives automation for autonomous network recovery. As a Junior Operational Intelligence Engineer, you will join a collaborative team of 40 engineers and architects, supporting the real-world deployment of agentic AI solutions that strengthen the reliability, performance, and autonomy of the network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about analytics, troubleshooting, and working with data to uncover patterns and insights.
