Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Quote Optimization (CPQ) to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our Quote Management features. In this pivotal position, you'll play a key role in enhancing our quoting experience through innovative product initiatives, modernization efforts, and AI integration. Your goal will be to transform outdated manual quoting processes into intelligent, automated solutions, rapidly delivering minimum viable products (MVPs), and significantly enhancing seller productivity and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Innovation: Lead the vision and multi-year roadmap for Quote Management within the CPQ ecosystem. Champion 0-1 product initiatives, guiding new features from conception to launch. Drive digital transformation by simplifying and automating quoting processes. Identify areas where AI and automation can enhance efficiency in quoting and deal-making. Agile Execution: Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery of value through iterative releases. Set clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for efficient outcomes. Work closely with Engineering and UX teams to create practical, testable solutions. Balance speed and quality while scaling in a complex enterprise environment. AI and Platform Modernization: Promote AI/ML integration to improve quote creation, recommendations, approvals, and insights. Lead modernization efforts to decrease technical debt and enhance performance. Collaborate with Data and Platform teams to ensure secure and effective AI applications. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary product leader for Quote Management, involving departments such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Engineering. Align teams on priorities, strategies, and project delivery. Communicate roadmap progress and impact to senior leadership. Customer-Centric Solutions: Deeply understand seller workflows, customer needs, and their purchasing journeys. Leverage data and feedback to continually refine the product experience. Measure success by tracking cycle-time reductions, productivity improvements, and revenue growth. Basic Qualifications: 8-10 years of product management experience in complex B2B or enterprise solutions. Proven record of delivering 0-1 products and leading digital transformation. Strong background in CPQ, Quote Management, or Revenue Operations. Hands-on experience driving MVP development in Agile settings. Ability to influence and align diverse teams within a matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Experience with AI/ML technologies in enterprise workflows. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or comparable enterprise solutions. Experience in transitioning legacy systems to scalable cloud-based solutions. History of delivering productivity-enhancing products that drive revenue.
