Minimum Qualifications: At least 21 years of age. A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years. A valid Class A CDL. Must be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire. No convictions for reckless driving in the past 5 years. No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years. No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years. Essential Job Functions: Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force). Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force). Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force). Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel tickets. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers safely. Drive for extended periods and maintain an upright position for long durations.
