Job Category: Store Leadership Requisition Number: TEMPL165070 Location: Chico Mall, CHICO, CA 95928, USA Pay Range: $18 to $21 USD Summary: Join our team as a Retail Floor Supervisor, where you will play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences for our Guests. This position combines sales, merchandising, and operational tasks in collaboration with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring our standards of customer service are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Below are the primary responsibilities to be undertaken in this role. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: Sales Generation and Guest Service: Welcome Guests warmly and provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Assist Guests with inquiries regarding our products and store. Recommend and help customers find the merchandise that aligns with their needs. Proactively engage with Guests to enhance their shopping experience. Demonstrate and share your product knowledge with both Guests and team members. Stay informed about sales and promotions to better serve our Guests. Aim to achieve personal and team sales goals outlined by Store Management. Maintain exceptional service standards in critical areas: sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area. Support the completion of the daily Sales Presentation Guide to help meet goals. Foster strong relationships with Guests to create a loyal customer base. Lead by example through enthusiasm and extraordinary service. Teammate Recruiting, Training, and Development: Identify recruiting opportunities and strategies to attract new talent. Help train and mentor new Teammates to uphold our high standards. Encourage a positive work culture and foster teamwork on the floor. Demonstrate exemplary personal style to inspire Teammates. Participate in training and performance discussions with team members. Visual Merchandise Management: Take ownership of product placement and maintain visual standards. Guide team members to ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines. Recognize and implement merchandising opportunities effectively. Operations: Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on store needs. Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures. Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and manage any security concerns. Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. Supervisory and Leadership: Provide constructive feedback and support to your peers. Encourage personal and team growth to meet store objectives. Complete other assigned tasks and special projects as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
