This role blends technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and to exact specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, comfortable interpreting complex drawings, and proactive about improving processes. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for the machining of precision components. Maintain and update existing CNC programs to improve production efficiency. Interpret complex engineering drawings to ensure accurate program development. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and safety. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC programming. Experience with Mastercam and Fanuc control systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach. Ability to interpret complex technical drawings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Abbeville, SC.
