Base Pay This role offers a minimum base pay starting at $17.00 per hour, with potential for higher initial pay based on experience. PURPOSE The Storage Purchasing Auditor is responsible for contacting storage buy customers and overseeing the customer storage audit process. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Minimum of (1) year of retail sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the role, as determined by the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of store management and associates. Proficient computer skills and experience in internet project coordination. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Gather essential customer information to effectively manage all storage buy orders, ensuring timely delivery within the 14-day window. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure the accuracy of orders and inventory, following the Storage Buy Audit SOP. Process customer storage buy orders in the POS system. Act professionally and consistently align with the company's core values. Adhere to the company's safety standard operating procedures regarding lifting practices. Answer phone calls according to established guidelines. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. WORKING CONDITIONS This position exposes the employee to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles, with a typical noise level that ranges from moderate to noisy. PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS Physical Work involves the ability to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects with more than negligible force. Frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, and the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl are also required.
