REQUIREMENTS OF THE SURGICAL TECH POSITION:   Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures   Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available   Assist with setup, turnover, and equipment troubleshooting   Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines for safety and compliance   Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care   Participate in on-call rotations as required Required Experience Candidates must have strong experience in: Cardiac Neuro Thoracic Orthopedic Vascular Requirements NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - required at the time of submission Minimum [Insert years] experience as a Surgical Tech in an acute care OR setting Current BLS (AHA) Ability to work in a high-volume environment Willingness to take on-call shifts as needed Why Work With Us?
