Position Overview: The Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts is accountable for maintaining product quality and availability, enhancing efficiency, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff effectively, and problem-solving. A positive attitude and situational awareness are key qualities for a successful Shift Leader. We rely on our Shift Leaders to set the standard and ensure our guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Key Responsibilities: Deliver fast, friendly customer service to all guests. Operate a POS system by taking orders and processing payments. Prepare and package customer orders to meet satisfaction. Clean and maintain cooking and prep areas. Operate coffee and sandwich-making equipment. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients. Ensure food quality and quantity are accounted for. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Excellent communication skills Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
