Morgan Lewis is seeking to hire a highly qualified alternative track associate with excellent academic credentials to join our litigation practice group in our Miami office. The successful applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be a member of the Florida bar. Ideal candidates would have 5 or more years handling high volume litigation, be familiar with both state and federal court procedures, and be well versed in consumer protection laws including the TCPA and FCRA. Experience representing financial services institutions is preferred. Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
