Team Collaboration: Work alongside clients, owners, and contractors to bring intricate projects to fruition. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Overseeing the schedule and ensuring the technical quality of electrical engineering tasks across various projects. Coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams to develop installation details, motor control center single lines, electrical room layouts, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans. Providing on-site support during startup and construction phases, aiding in complex design elements. Preparing construction documents aligned with client expectations regarding scope, budget, and timeline. Qualifications We Seek: A solid foundation in electrical engineering design applicable to semiconductor, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in fast-paced, client-interactive roles. Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities. Bring your inquisitive mindset, teamwork spirit, and unparalleled organizational skills. Together, we can drive significant impacts in the world. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience in electrical systems. Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards. Experience with power system software, such as ETAP. Experience with generator sizing and paralleling. Extensive experience in designing electrical power system components, including switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc. Demonstrated leadership and client engagement experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license. Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. At least 3 years of electrical design experience for semiconductor facilities or data centers. Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
