The Opportunity As an FSO Technology Analyst, you will be part of our Service Delivery Center, collaborating with talented colleagues who work closely with advisory professionals. You will take on a variety of responsibilities including design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of technology solutions. This fast-paced position requires a flexible self-starter capable of managing shifting priorities and rapidly evolving technology solutions. We seek Fullstack Engineers who will work collaboratively with clients to drive business transformation through innovative design solutions and disruptive technology. Your role will involve modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance customer-facing services in a competitive environment. Our team employs cutting-edge technologies including Microservices, Cloud, Omni-channel integration, and API Management to enable automation. Your Key Responsibilities Support our clients in transforming their business challenges into engineering solutions. Collaborate with engagement teams to analyze business requirements and design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy software applications. Deliver high-quality systems focusing on reliability and excellent user experiences. Exhibit technical proficiency and professional knowledge in technology solutions. Skills and Attributes for Success Experience in fullstack software product development with a solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools. Deliver engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle using proven Agile methodologies. Proficient in multiple programming languages and capable of hands-on technical development. Work collaboratively with diverse teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive environment. Stay informed on current technology trends and provide strategic recommendations. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development. Back-end experience with modern technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, and Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS or Azure). Competency in front-end development using frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with cloud native/Microservices architecture and familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment. Proficiency in modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines). Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, along with knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques. Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience with technologies such as Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/ReactJS, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, and various NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). The base salary range is $52,700 to $87,100 across all U.S. geographic locations, with specific ranges for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California.
