A smaller community hospital located outside of Oskaloosa, Iowa is seeking a full time, Physical Therapist to join their team! The Physical Therapist Job Description: Full-time, direct hire opportunity Temp-to-Perm is available Mon-Fri schedule, flexible shift lengths (8/9/10/12 hours) Primarily outpatient Great therapy leadership and administration team! Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement various physical therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. The Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications: Must have active PT license Previous PT experience is preferred, although not required New grads welcome to apply The Iowa Location: Low cost of living and very little crime in this friendly community Excellent school system.
