Join a Leading Structural Steel Fabricator! gpac is thrilled to collaborate with a well-established Steel Fabricator looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a solid background in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection. Our client, specializing in fabrication for diverse sectors of the construction industry, is adopting Tekla PowerFab for production processes and aims to integrate it into project management. While familiarity with Tekla is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Qualifications for Structural Steel Project Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the structural steel sector. Demonstrated ability in managing ground-up steel construction projects. Strong expertise in AISC structural codes and standards. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities of the Structural Steel Project Manager: Facilitate effective coordination and communication among project team members. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients. Diligently manage project budgets and schedules. Effectively monitor changes and expansions in project scope. Ensure accurate inclusion of materials, labor, and equipment costs in estimates. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of cost-effective strategies for project success. Compensation and Benefits for Structural Steel Project Manager: Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000. Negotiable benefits package. Opportunities for performance bonuses.
