This senior leadership position is crucial for developing executive-level relationships and ensuring successful go-to-market initiatives to maximize revenue, partner engagement, and customer success. Responsibilities: Formulate and implement a global GSI strategy to enhance engagement and accelerate revenue with key partners. Establish and nurture strong executive relationships with GSI leadership teams to drive joint business planning and strategic alignment. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering joint solutions, co-innovation, and go-to-market programs with GSIs. Collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams to align on GSI initiatives and pipeline development. Oversee global account mapping, opportunity identification, and joint pursuit strategies with GSIs. Conduct regular executive business reviews with GSI partners to gauge progress and address challenges while identifying new growth opportunities. Manage the global GSI sales forecast, providing accurate projections and insights to executive leadership. Develop and execute GSI partner recruitment and enablement strategies to support ongoing growth goals. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and the GSI landscape. Ensure measurable ROI for all GSI-related activities and programs, enhancing overall impact. Represent Proofpoint at industry events and forums focused on GSI partnerships. Lead and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership. Qualifications/Requirements: Demonstrated experience in developing and leading global GSI partnerships, with a proven track record with Cognizant, Accenture, or Deloitte. Deep knowledge of the GSI ecosystem, business models, and joint solution development. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a history of driving measurable results. Experience managing complex, multi-region initiatives in dynamic environments. Proficient with CRM and partner management systems, preferably Salesforce. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Existing executive relationships within Cognizant, Accenture, Deloitte, or leading GSIs are essential. Why Proofpoint?
