PRN Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments for adults and geriatrics, including medical history evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, health education, and making referrals. Administer and order necessary point of care and lab-based testing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Provide services through telehealth, allowing you to work entirely remotely and manage your schedule. Document all findings and interactions in accordance with Matrix guidelines and protocols. Full-Time Opportunities: Potential to transition from PRN to full-time roles with additional signing bonuses. Qualifications Master's Degree or equivalent qualifications with completed NP licensure. Current NP licensure with prescription authority in your state or the ability to obtain it. Board certification from AANP, AACN, or ANCC in a relevant specialty. Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification. A minimum of 1 year of NP experience is required, with a preference for candidates with telehealth experience. Strong computer skills for managing electronic health records are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
