Full Stack Developer React and Node.js - Senior

Responsibilities We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack React and Node.js Developer with strong hands on experience building scalable, high performance web applications. In this role, you will design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React.js, React Hooks, and TypeScript while ensuring clean architecture and reusable component design aligned with modern UI and UX standards. On the backend, you will build and maintain robust RESTful services using Node.js with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across applications. You will work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, design efficient data models, and contribute to microservices or event driven architectures using messaging systems where required. As a key contributor, you will participate in architectural discussions, drive best practices in coding and performance optimization, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions, support CI CD pipelines, and assist with containerization and cloud deployments. Required Skill Candidates must have 4 years of hands on experience in full stack development with strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript ES6 and above, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Solid experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS is required. A strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and API security principles is essential. Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL and proficiency in writing optimized queries is mandatory. Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, CI CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required. Candidates should also demonstrate knowledge of frontend and backend performance optimization techniques along with strong problem solving, debugging, and communication skills. Desired Skill Experience with advanced state management libraries such as Redux or Context API, testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress, containerization tools like Docker, orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, and exposure to event driven systems or messaging platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
