Restaurant Shift Supervisor Compensation: $14 to $17 an hour (DOE) Job Summary: As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and operational excellence by coordinating guest services and managing restaurant operations during your shift. This position directly supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Train and mentor team members to adhere to food preparation guidelines. Inspire and manage team members to deliver fast, friendly service, exceeding guest expectations. Oversee crew members in preparing menu items, ensuring compliance with all Burger King Corporate Operations and Sanitation standards. Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring orders are taken promptly and accurately. Ensure optimal staffing levels for efficient service. Keep the restaurant clean by performing maintenance in the lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and outside areas. Manage cash control in accordance with company policy, conduct cash counts during shift changes, and at closing. Monitor the accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records during your shift. Complete necessary paperwork and cash counts at the end of shifts. What You'll Need: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in a restaurant or customer service setting. SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain it.
