We are seeking a Product Manager for Finance Systems to join our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team. Our mission is to drive automation through an integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies, optimizing business operations and allowing our finance team to concentrate on high-impact tasks. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for finance business processes and financial systems, with a primary focus on our ERP, NetSuite, and other financial technologies. You will partner closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to identify business requirements for scalable technical solutions that support our company's growth. Collaboration with product managers and business system analysts will be crucial to design effective technology solutions that enhance finance business process efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Working with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify the best technology solutions to enhance finance business processes. Assessing current operations, conducting fit/gap analyses, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborating with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, Workiva, and other financial applications. Demonstrating expertise in NetSuite for key processes like General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Creating product management documentation including Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams. Identifying and designing scalable solutions in NetSuite and other applications, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting. Working with business system analysts and engineers to develop and implement automation and technical solutions across teams. Developing and executing test plans for features while leading integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. Troubleshooting production issues and prioritizing them according to severity and impact against existing backlogs. Supporting initiatives for business process transformation to improve efficiency in critical activities like Month End Closure and Financial Reporting. Leading solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions. Assisting with change management documentation, including runbooks. What we seek in you: Strong understanding of finance-related business processes such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Deep knowledge of Record to Report Finance Business processes, including month-end accounting procedures and financial reporting capabilities in NetSuite. Over 5 years of experience in system administration of ERPs like NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and other finance applications including Workiva, Zip, and Floqast. More than 4 years of hands-on configuration experience with various NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTaxes, Customizations, Automations, and Reporting. At least 3 years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and their integrations using middleware technologies like Workato, MulseSoft, or Boomi. Experience working with Agile methodologies, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira. Knowledge of production support processes, incident, and defect management. A commitment to continuous learning new systems, taking on diverse responsibilities, and supporting our expanding finance functions autonomously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams. Preferred qualifications: CPA or Chartered Accountant designation. NetSuite Certification. Experience with Workato or similar Middleware technologies. A strong interest in the crypto economy and DeFi. Previous experience in the Financial industry. Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations.
